Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
• Demonstrated experience with operating room technology (ORT nursing skills)
• BLS certification (current)
• Previous experience in a surgical setting preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong understanding of aseptic technique and surgical procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments
• Assist surgical teams during procedures by anticipating needs and passing instruments
• Maintain sterile field and support adherence to infection control protocols
• Verify and track surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate closely with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia providers
• Ensure a safe and organized environment for both patients and medical staff
• Participate in pre- and post-operative care as needed

$1,688 - $1,786/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
