On-site Supervisor

We're looking for a On-site Supervisor with warehouse management experience to be our presence on the ground at a fulfillment center in Avondale. This role is our presence on the floor: welcoming new hires on their first day, keeping an eye on attendance, and giving our team someone local to go to when something comes up.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the on-site point of contact for our employees during your daily window
• Walk new hires through their first day: paperwork, orientation, and getting them started on the floor
• Handle final-day logistics for departing employees
• Monitor time clock punches and flag exceptions before payroll
• Check in on attendance and escalate call-outs, no-shows, or performance concerns to our office
• Coordinate daily headcount and coverage with the client's on-site supervisors
• Report and document any workplace injuries or incidents same-day

Requirements

• 1+ years as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager, ideally in a warehouse or fulfillment setting — required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• HR experience a plus
• Comfortable with email, Google Sheets/Excel, and digital time clock systems
• Strong attendance record and ability to be on-site every scheduled shift
• High school diploma or GED required
