Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon | 6–8+ Days per Month, Full-Time Available | Kansas City, MO 64112\n
An established oral surgery organization is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to support increasing patient demand. This 12+ month opportunity begins as soon as credentialing is complete and offers flexible monthly scheduling, advanced surgical technology, and full travel and lodging support.
The Role:\n- \n
- Location: Kansas City, MO 64112 — coverage across two locations \n
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a minimum commitment of 6–8 days per month; full-time availability is also offered \n
- Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. \n
- Patient Volume: Approximately 27 patients per day \n
- Clinical Scope: Simple and surgical extractions, third-molar procedures, full-mouth extractions, socket grafting, platelet-rich fibrin procedures, and biopsies \n
- Tech Stack: DSN, transitioning to CareStack; X-Nav, 3D printers, and surgical guides \n
- Preferred Skills: Comfortable managing a high-volume surgical schedule and treating pediatric sedation cases when appropriately certified \n
- Compensation: Competitive daily pay + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage, travel, and lodging \n

- Credentials: Active Missouri license, Missouri sedation permit, current BLS certification, and current ACLS certification; PALS certification is required for sedated pediatric patients \n
- Onboarding: Six-to-ten-week credentialing process plus sedation approval; three-to-four-week fast-track onboarding for surgeons who already hold an active Missouri license and sedation permit \n
- Practice Fit: A skilled, adaptable surgeon who can maintain efficient patient flow, collaborate with fully staffed teams, and support continued practice growth \n
