Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans in school environments
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, analyzing behavior data, and providing evidence-based strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other related service providers
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative services to support teachers and paraprofessionals
- Train school staff on behavioral interventions, data collection, and positive behavior supports
- Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document services in accordance with school guidelines
