Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting. Two SLPs are needed for the upcoming academic year, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact both in-person and through teletherapy. You'll collaborate closely with school leaders, including regular meetings with the assistant director, to ensure students’ evolving needs are fully met. New graduates working toward their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply and will be considered alongside experienced clinicians.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility; CCC-SLP preferred but strong clinical fellows are considered
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings, ideally with a background in teletherapy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and tailoring interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide direct therapy services on-site and/or via teletherapy platforms
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and services provided
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and faculty meetings
