School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Montgomery, Texas

We're seeking three motivated SLPs (including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year) for a full-time, on-site contract running from August 12, 2026, to May 28, 2027. Openings are available in the North, Northeast, and South sides of the district, with most roles based at one school site—there may also be opportunities for itinerant assignments. The caseload will be determined based on experience and school needs, providing an engaging and rewarding environment as you support students’ communication growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure in Texas or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Will consider new graduates completing their CF year
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educational teams and families
• Maintain thorough records, progress reports, and maintain compliance with all state and federal mandates
• Provide therapy services in accordance with each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support activities, and professional development
