Job Description

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP certification (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills with pediatric populations also welcome
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to facilitate student integration and success
- Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and parent conferences
- Promote a positive, inclusive school environment supporting every student’s potential
