Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Minnesota SLP License required
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed—mentorship and support provided
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong skills in conducting speech-language assessments and evaluations
  • Proficient in developing and implementing IEP goals
  • Outstanding communication abilities for student, staff, and family collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations for elementary students
  • Lead or participate in IEP meetings to collaborate on student progress and strategies
  • Deliver small group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
  • Consult regularly with teachers and support staff to maximize student success
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment that inspires student achievement
