Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP License required
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed—mentorship and support provided
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong skills in conducting speech-language assessments and evaluations
- Proficient in developing and implementing IEP goals
- Outstanding communication abilities for student, staff, and family collaboration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations for elementary students
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings to collaborate on student progress and strategies
- Deliver small group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Consult regularly with teachers and support staff to maximize student success
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that inspires student achievement
