Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience with pediatric populations or in school-based roles preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student needs in K-12 settings
- Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
Primary responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the broader school community
- Engage in regular professional development and peer support activities
