Key Requirements:
- Must be highly qualified via ONE of the following:
- Successful completion of the MN Para Educator/Board Highly Qualified Para Exam
- OR at least 60 college credits with official college transcripts (picture of degree is NOT sufficient; transcripts are required)
- Experience working in classroom or youth support settings preferred
- Willingness to assist with toileting and provide compassionate hands-on support as part of daily duties
- Ability to map out and travel to your preferred high school location
- Resume and highly qualified documentation (exam score or transcripts) required for application consideration
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized student support in classroom and school environments
- Assist teachers and collaborate closely with school teams
- Support students’ academic and behavioral goals
- Ability to adapt to evolving caseload needs
- Maintain a positive environment that fosters growth and learning
