Job Description
Responsibilities: • Support field operations, equipment setup, and system testing. • Collect field data to improve autonomous vehicle machine learning models. • Perform equipment assembly, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Assist with technical diagnostics and field issue resolution. • Support pilot projects, product validation, and testing activities. • Gather parts required for production updates. • Analyze technical data and provide feedback for product improvements. • Develop troubleshooting documentation and technical solutions. • Travel 10–20% across the US and Canada for field support when required.
