Embark on an impactful school-based opportunity working with students in elementary settings as well as specialized programs for those with significant medical needs and intensive support requirements. Multiple positions are available for the upcoming school year, with flexible options designed to suit your professional style—whether you prefer a full-time, onsite schedule or a hybrid arrangement (three days in-person, two days remote). Experienced SLPs, CFYs, and SLPAs are encouraged to apply to help shape communication success for students.

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Active licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
  • Pediatric and school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Teletherapy and hybrid service delivery familiarity a plus
  • Comfort and skill in supporting students with a variety of abilities, including those requiring intensive supports for medical complexities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Experience utilizing evidence-based practices within IEP frameworks
  • Ability to adapt to both elementary school environments and specialized programming

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services onsite and via teletherapy as assigned
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and participate in IEP development and meetings
  • Implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
  • Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and modifying interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
  • Communicate regularly with staff and family members to maximize student growth
  • Support a safe and encouraging learning environment for all
