Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Comfortable supervising SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistants)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work part-time, 2 days per week in person
- Open to both onsite and virtual candidates
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across 1-2 classrooms
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school personnel to support student progress
- Supervise SLPA(es) as part of the caseload as needed
- Maintain documentation and report on student outcomes in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
