English as a Second Language (ESL) Gen Ed Teacher - Round Lake, Illinois

Multiple full-time contract positions are available for passionate professionals skilled in general education and ESL instruction, including:

• Dual Math/Science Teachers: 5th Grade (2 positions), 6th Grade (1 position)
• Dual Social Studies/ELA Teacher: 5th Grade (1 position)
• English Second Language Teacher: Serving PreK–2nd Grade students

Assignments run from August 17 through May 27, 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference throughout the academic year.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License, with relevant endorsements (please specify subject area and endorsement details upon application)
• Experience with curriculum design, classroom planning, and dynamic instruction
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Open to teaching onsite (virtual/remote teaching is not available for these positions)
• For ESL candidates: direct experience with K-2 learners strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, grade-appropriate lesson plans in either Math/Science, Social Studies/ELA, or ESL for PreK–2nd
