As an onsite SLP, you’ll work closely with a caseload of approximately 38 students, applying your expertise to help them achieve their fullest potential.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid SLP – CCC
  • PA SLP Educator Certificate (mandatory for consideration)
  • Prior experience providing services in a school-based setting, preferably elementary age
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Commitment to upholding ethical, evidence-based practices in all interactions

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy and assessment services to a diverse caseload of elementary students, onsite, three days per week
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are aligned with IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and data collection for student growth
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
