Mechanical & Electrical Assemblers

Balance Staffing is currently hiring Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Watsonville, CA. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable traveling within the United States for project-based work assignments lasting up to 2 months at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly work
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support production and quality standards
• Travel to various project locations across the U.S. as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical or electrical experience is a plus
• Comfortable traveling for extended periods (up to 2 months at a time)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
