Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm is currently seeking a full-time SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our Mill & 3 property in Chelmsford, MA. This is a great opportunity for a technician with multifamily apartment-home maintenance skills and experience. The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property.\n

\nWhat You’ll Do:\n
\n
\nResponsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the property\n
\nComplete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes\n
\nTroubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (we’ll train you!)\n
\nRespond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.\n
\nWork independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning.\n
\nCommunicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.\n
\nParticipate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms).\n
\n
\nWhat You Bring:\n
\n
\nEagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment\n
\nSome maintenance experience is great (apartment or general repair) but not required — we’ll provide training!\n
\nPossesses a basic set of hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them.\n
\nA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation\n
\nAble to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks like bending, reaching, crawling, etc.\n
\nWilling to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule)\n
\nThe preferred candidate will live in the greater Nashua area and must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.\n
