Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Middletown, DE

We’re seeking skilled professionals to provide expertise in both Autism and Early Years Programs for a contract assignment in a supportive school setting. This is a full-time, on-site role beginning August 2026 and continuing through June 2027, offering the chance to make meaningful contributions alongside a dedicated educational team.

Key Qualifications:

• For BCBA roles: Active BCBA certification is required with verification. School-based experience is strongly preferred.
• For Behavior Specialist roles: Delaware PARA Permit required, degree in related field preferred. Ideal candidates are at the RBT to BCBA level or currently working toward BCBA certification. Experience within ABA programs and strong background in behavior support in schools is highly desired.
• Commitment to a full-time schedule, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Adaptability to support programs focused on students with moderate to severe cognitive and behavioral needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level behavioral support services within Autism and Early Years/PreK programs.
• Develop and implement tailored behavioral interventions and strategies.
• Build collaborative relationships with teaching staff and related service providers.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform program improvements.
• Play a key role in educator training and consultation to address students’ unique challenges.
