Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP licensure; CCC preferred, but CFY applicants welcome
- Proven experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is advantageous
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with educators, assistants, and families
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations with evidence-based practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy as determined by student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to align services and support IEP development
- Provide documentation, data collection, and progress reports compliant with school and state requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
