Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, open to experienced Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric populations
- Comfortable working within an elementary school caseload
- Proficiency or previous experience in school-based or healthcare SLP roles
- Teletherapy (VOCO) experience is a plus; open to candidates interested in providing virtual services
- SLPAs are not eligible for this role
What you’ll do:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms if needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy sessions in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations on student goals
- Serve as a resource for school staff and contribute to an inclusive learning environment
