Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Riverside, CA

Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, open to experienced Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Demonstrated experience with pediatric populations
• Comfortable working within an elementary school caseload
• Proficiency or previous experience in school-based or healthcare SLP roles
• Teletherapy (VOCO) experience is a plus; open to candidates interested in providing virtual services
• SLPAs are not eligible for this role

What you’ll do:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms if needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy sessions in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations on student goals
• Serve as a resource for school staff and contribute to an inclusive learning environment
