Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure as required for school-based practice
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple school sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in pre-school and special education programs across various locations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Evaluate and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
- Flexibility to work itinerant caseloads and adapt therapy methods to each school’s needs
Opportunities are available in Drexel Hill, Upper Darby, Aston, Ridley/Woodlyn, and Springfield. Full-time roles (4-5 days a week) and part-time positions (2-3 days a week) can be shaped based on your availability and preferred caseload.
