Embark on a dynamic school-based assignment for the 2026-2027 academic year as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting K-12 students across multiple educational sites. This full-time, in-person contract spans August 2026 to June 2027, with consistent Monday through Friday hours totaling 35-37.5 hours per week. As the primary SLP for the district, you'll deliver essential speech and language services districtwide, cultivating meaningful progress for students with diverse communication needs.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience serving K-12 students in school-based settings
  • Strong understanding of IEP procedures and goal writing
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfort with multi-site service delivery
  • Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Contribute vital input to multidisciplinary IEP teams and produce clear, timely documentation
  • Travel between schools within the district to ensure comprehensive service delivery
  • Participate in professional development and remain current on best practices in school speech-language pathology
