Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current and valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in psychological testing, evaluation, and report writing
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and advocacy abilities
• Knowledge of special education law, IEP process, and RTI

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students within the district
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise to eligibility and placement decisions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student mental health and academic success
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs and behavioral interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Offer crisis intervention and support across the school community
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to timelines and legal requirements
