Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Burleson, Texas

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment providing behavioral analysis expertise in a vibrant educational setting. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role supporting evaluation teams to help students thrive academically and socially. This full-time opportunity (up to 37.5 hours a week) runs from August 10, 2026, to May 21, 2027, with an on-site schedule and itinerant responsibilities across the district.

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with school psychologists, conducting comprehensive behavioral evaluations and consultation to enrich Full Individual and Initial Evaluations (FIIEs). Your expertise will be crucial in administering specialized assessments, analyzing data, and strengthening student support plans.

What you bring:

• Current, active Texas BCBA license
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Deep understanding of behavioral assessment tools, such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
• Ability to conduct direct observations & Functional Behavior Assessments
• Strong consultative and collaborative communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between assigned schools within the district
• All candidates must complete fingerprinting with the Texas Education Agency unless previously cleared for public school district work (results typically take up to 7 days)
