Family First Homecare

Family First Homecare is hiring compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs for several pediatric and young adult homecare cases across Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Port Orange, Deland, West Deland, Flagler Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Ponte Vedra, Orange City, and DeLeon Springs.

We have multiple day, night, weekend, weekday, and PRN opportunities available with competitive rates ranging from $28–$45/hr depending on case, skill set, and acuity.

These are meaningful 1:1 in-home nursing opportunities where you can build strong relationships with the families you support while providing skilled, compassionate care in the home setting.

Current Openings Include:

Daytona Beach
Wednesday evening shift, plus Saturday and Sunday day shifts available. Clinical needs include seizure precautions, mobility support, and full assistance with care.

Ponte Vedra
Saturday day shift and PRN weekday day shifts available. Clinical needs include G-tube care, seizure precautions, medication administration, and mobility support. Homecare experience preferred.

West Deland
PRN day and night shifts available. Higher-acuity case with G-tube, trach, vent, medication administration, cerebral palsy care, and full ADL support. Must be comfortable with dogs.

Palm Coast
Day, night, weekend, and overnight shifts available across multiple cases. Clinical needs may include G/J-tube care, trach care, seizure precautions, oxygen support, medication administration, and pediatric care.

New Smyrna Beach
Weekend coverage needed for a higher-acuity case. Clinical needs include G-tube, trach, and vent support.

Port Orange
Weekday and weekend day shifts available, as well as night shifts on select cases. Clinical needs may include BiPAP/vent support, G-tube, trach, vent care, and mobility assistance.

Flagler Beach
Weekend and weekday day shifts available, plus PRN night coverage. Clinical needs include G-tube care, oxygen support, seizure precautions, mobility assistance, and comfort-focused care. Must be comfortable with dogs.

DeLeon Springs
PRN Saturday day shift available. Clinical needs include diabetic care and support for a nonverbal client with autism. Must be comfortable with transportation needs, dogs, and cats in the home.

Deland
Day shifts available for infant sibling cases. Clinical needs include G-tube care and medication administration. Opportunity for one nurse to support both cases when appropriate.

Orange City / Daytona Beach Area
Afternoon/evening weekday shifts and Saturday day shifts available. Clinical needs include seizure precautions and mobility support. Must be comfortable with dogs.

Some cases require pediatric experience, trach/vent confidence, homecare experience, or comfort in busier home environments. Several homes have pets, so comfort with dogs and/or cats may be needed depending on the case.
