Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Lead pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a specialty retail setting, managing a dedicated team of two pharmacy technicians. This contract or contract-to-hire role provides the opportunity to apply your leadership skills and pharmacy expertise in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Manage and support a team of two pharmacy technicians to deliver excellent patient care
- Supervise dispensing and counsel patients on medications and therapy regimens
- Coordinate inventory management and maintain accurate records
- Assist with non-sterile compounding of creams and gels, enhancing pharmacy services (preferred)
- Utilize New Leaf pharmacy system for prescriptions and workflow management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist in Charge
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide pharmacy staff
- Experience with non-sterile compounding of creams/gels is a significant advantage
- Proficiency with pharmacy systems, particularly New Leaf, is preferred
- Ability to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
