LTC Retail Pharmacist | Portland, Oregon

This pharmacist opportunity is based in Bend, OR, offering an 8+ week contract starting on 8/10. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured daytime schedule ideal for work-life balance.

Responsibilities include accurately distributing medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners. You will play a key role in educating customers about their medications, ensuring they understand proper usage and any precautions. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering exceptional customer service to support patient well-being.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Oregon pharmacist license. Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred to navigate diverse patient needs effectively. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to medication safety.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Oregon pharmacist license is required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care pharmacy environments
• Knowledge of medication distribution processes and compliance standards
