Job Description
Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. Preferred candidates hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) and have a strong foundation in both assessment and intervention across K-12 populations. You'll have the opportunity to develop tailored speech and language therapy plans that empower students, working closely with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in speech-language pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a dedicated caseload
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for IEPs and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' communication goals
- Foster an encouraging, supportive environment for diverse learners
