Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology License in Washington (WA SLP License required)
- Experience with pediatric, PreK-12, and/or school-based caseloads (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA backgrounds welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative school team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and consultation for students and their families
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help monitor student progress
