Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology License in Washington (WA SLP License required)
  • Experience with pediatric, PreK-12, and/or school-based caseloads (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA backgrounds welcome)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative school team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy and consultation for students and their families
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and help monitor student progress
