Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Successful experience applying behavioral analysis within educational or pediatric settings
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention planning and data analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for consulting with staff and families
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a variety of classroom situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to school teams and teachers
- Train and mentor school staff on behavioral strategies and documentation
- Collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and measure progress
- Foster collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
