Key Qualifications:

- Strong skills in evaluation, IEP development, and implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and compliance paperwork.
- Participate in IEP/eligibility meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams.
- Serve as a resource for teachers and parents on communication strategies.
