School Speech Language Pathologist - Kerman, CA

You’ll work onsite, enjoying significant support as you help shape educational outcomes. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. Both experienced SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) are welcome, offering an excellent opportunity for continued professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP-CCC or eligibility as an SLP Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in California schools required
• At least 1 year familiarity with SEIS documentation system
• Ability to effectively manage high caseloads and referrals
• Background supervising SLPAs with facilitators preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desired, not required
• Willing to work onsite only (remote/Voco not available)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver services to students outlined in their IEPs
• Oversee and mentor support staff where assigned
• Efficiently manage documentation and caseload reports using SEIS
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with team members
• Provide culturally responsive care to a diverse student population

This role offers 37.5 hours per week, and you’ll have the potential to work alongside supportive colleagues, with resources provided for both monolingual and bilingual professionals.
