Key Qualifications:

  • Valid OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with COTAs, teachers, and families
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 35–45 students (primarily elementary)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments/evaluations and document progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student growth
  • Supervise and partner with two COTAs
