Machine Operator & Packaging (Food Manufacturing) — Plymouth, IN

Pay: $17–$22/hr (based on shift/experience) • Weekly pay • Temp-to-hire
Openings: 9 • Environment: Temp-controlled food manufacturing

Integrity Trade Services is hiring Machine Operator / Packaging / Production team members for a well-run food manufacturing facility in Plymouth, IN. If you’ve worked in manufacturing, production, machine operation, packaging, or quality, this is a great opportunity to get in with a company that values safety, attendance, and teamwork—with a path to full-time hire.

Available shifts

Option A (Weeknight shift):

  • 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
  • $17–$19/hr

Option B (Weekend shift):

  • 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Friday–Sunday
  • $20–$22/hr (5 openings)
  • Training note: Must be able to train during the week before moving to the weekend schedule.

Overtime: Some opportunities available.

What you’ll do (key responsibilities)
  • Operate and monitor production/processing equipment
  • Perform packaging and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Complete quality checks to meet food/manufacturing standards
  • Do material handling (bringing materials to the line, removing finished product)
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized (GMP/sanitation mindset)
What we’re looking for (qualifications)
  • Some machine operation experience required
  • Manufacturing or food-processing experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
