Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Greene, NY

You’ll address mostly fluency and speech needs, helping students overcome challenges and build their confidence in communication. The school is experienced with virtual service delivery and values creative, adaptive professionals ready to meet students where they are.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required
• Previous experience in a school setting, especially serving K-8 students in General Education
• Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating fluency and speech disorders
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and work efficiently within an 8am–3pm schedule
• Comfort adapting to virtual and in-person modalities when needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy primarily targeting fluency and speech for K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Maintain ongoing records, progress notes, and IEP documentation
• Participate in team meetings and student support conferences
• Adapt service delivery as needed, including virtual sessions if required
