Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or readiness to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Ability to provide teletherapy services as needed
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Deliver therapy services to students in compliance with IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
  • Utilize technology for virtual service delivery when required
