Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Educator Certificate required
- Previous experience in school psychology preferred
- Strong skills in student assessment, counseling, and collaboration
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
- Adaptable mindset to navigate changing responsibilities and caseloads
- Commitment to supporting a safe, positive, and inclusive school climate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic evaluations, observing ethical and state standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Support the implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
- Accurately document and report findings and recommendations
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to foster student success
- Offer versatility—transitioning to roles involving evaluations and adult education activities as required
