Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- State licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, but new graduates/CFs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with students, staff, and families
- Bilingual candidates are valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for students across a range of ages (caseload details to be determined)
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Primarily serve one school site, with some itinerant opportunities available within the district
