Make an impact supporting students in a full-time contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers the chance to provide vital services across both elementary and secondary settings, helping students develop essential communication skills that support their academic and social success.

You’ll be working in a collaborative and supportive educational environment, with set schedules:

  • Elementary duty day: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
  • Secondary duty day: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

The caseload includes 55 student contacts per week. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, and in working alongside educators, administrators, and families to create lasting positive change.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship completion preferred
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but open to enthusiastic new graduates
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students across elementary and secondary grade levels
  • Conduct screenings, formal assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of IEPs, therapy sessions, and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and caregivers to enhance students’ communication development
  • Use evidence-based practices and adapt interventions to diverse student needs
