Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school-based therapy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple locations (4-5 schools)
• Solid background working with K-12 students with a variety of needs
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to help students succeed academically and functionally
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Document services, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs and school environments
• Provide consultation and training for staff to maximize student inclusion and independence
