- Active state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in K-8 educational settings, with adaptability for multiple school environments
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills for a broad range of speech and language disorders
- Solid grasp of IEP processes and developing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Organizational aptitude for managing a varied caseload and travel between sites
