Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or School Social Worker, with relevant experience)
• Strong background in developing and implementing positive behavior plans
• Experience assisting educators in classroom management and intervention strategies
• Familiarity with pre-referral processes and conducting evaluations in accordance with school policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt to multiple school sites and work efficiently in different environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and put into practice individualized behavior plans for elementary students
• Support school staff in managing classroom behaviors and promoting positive outcomes
• Provide pre-referral consultations and complete evaluative activities as needed
