Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Coraopolis, PA

Qualifications:

• Must hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active state license where applicable
• Experience working in schools or with children/adolescents (preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop individualized behavioral plans and train staff as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with school teams, including teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Provide consultation, coaching, and professional learning to staff and families
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
