Qualifications:
- Must hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state license where applicable
- Experience working in schools or with children/adolescents (preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop individualized behavioral plans and train staff as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with school teams, including teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Provide consultation, coaching, and professional learning to staff and families
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
