We're hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site school-based position serving students throughout Grays Harbor and/or Mason County, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse PreK–12 caseload while enjoying a four-day workweek.
Position Details

- Service Locations: Grays Harbor, WA and/or Mason County, WA
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success.
- Deliver services in accordance with district and state special education guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Washington State SLP License required.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
