Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (state eligibility for Indiana required)
• Experience with early childhood or Pre-K preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time in a school-based setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver First Step Transition behavioral interventions to Pre-K students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams (including psych, OT, PT, SLP, Autism Consultant, nurse, and more)
• Conduct preschool evaluations and lead transition planning
• Facilitate classroom behavioral coaching, progress monitoring, and caregiver consultation
• Help families and students with their first school experiences
