Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living community. This position involves evaluating mobility, strength, and balance, as well as developing personalized treatment plans. You will provide evidence-based therapy aimed at improving safety, independence, and overall quality of life for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments of residents' mobility, strength, and balance.
• Creating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborating with nursing and caregiving teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educating residents and their families about therapy processes and outcomes.
• Documenting progress and results in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
