Job Description
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Ludlow, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work with an elementary caseload while making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.
Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week
Days: Monday–Friday
School Year: 26/27
Caseload: Elementary Students
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts SLP License required.
School-based experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
