Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Florida Department of Health Psychology license required.
• Experience with educational assessments essential; prior school-based background preferred.
• Strong skills in report writing and professional communication for multidisciplinary teams.
• Confidence in participating in IEP meetings and knowledge of special education processes.
• Flexibility to serve multiple schools in an itinerant capacity, as assignments will vary.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments to support educational planning and intervention.
• Prepare timely, accurate psychological reports for school records and parent communications.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and service providers in IEP meetings to design support plans.
• Provide counseling and consultation as needed to promote student wellbeing and success.
• Travel between schools within the district, adapting seamlessly to different environments and caseloads.
