Speech Language Pathologist in Mckinney, TX

What you’ll bring:

• Active and unencumbered SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles
• Ability to adapt across elementary, junior high, and high school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language services
• Conduct assessments and evaluations per school policy
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families for student support
• Manage caseloads spanning junior high, elementary, and high school students
• Maintain detailed and timely records of service and progress
• Support students’ educational access and participation through targeted interventions
