Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in New York State
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Knowledge of school-based speech-language services
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with classroom staff and special education personnel
- Maintain comprehensive and timely progress reports and documentation
- Participate in meetings and training as required
